Subject : EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING
All staff must attend this training.All staff have to wear company uniform and cannot be late.You are also encouraged to conduct discussions in English.
For all department heads you must comfirm that the training room is ready for training. On the day, chairs and tables must be enough and there must be prepared stationery ( pens, paper, paper file ) for all members of staff. Besides, arrangements also need to be made for refreshments.

  1. You have forgotten to include the most important details of the instructions, which are the date and time of training. This should be included in the first paragraph itself. As for the rest of the contents, try to group them up and have them in bulleted points.
