Subject : EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING

All staff must attend this training.All staff have to wear company uniform and cannot be late.You are also encouraged to conduct discussions in English.

For all department heads you must comfirm that the training room is ready for training. On the day, chairs and tables must be enough and there must be prepared stationery ( pens, paper, paper file ) for all members of staff. Besides, arrangements also need to be made for refreshments.

Everyone have their own favourite English name as their nickname, I'm not an exception.My name is Eric Yong Chun Hung. If you think my name isn't easy to remember, you can call me Eric. Some people will say that :"Eric?? What a normal English name, why don't use some special one?" When they ask this, I won't say anything. "Eric" is really a normal name which maybe have about hundred of people use in a town. Even it is a normal name, but I will never change it because this name was selected by my lovely mother as my English name when I was born^^But my English Lecturer-->Miss Pearl explain to me n let me know about that "Eric" is a strongname. It's meaning is "Ruler", as in King of a country!

My name is Kok Chee Kian.I am 18 years old.I live at Taman Puteri Wangsa.I come from Taman Puteri Wangsa secondary school.In my family,I have a father,mother,brother and sister.I am now studying in Sunway College Johor Bahru.The reason why I choose this course(DBA) is I am interested in business and marketing.I wish I can be an excellent businessman entrepreneur.So I will learn hard and focus on my course.

My name is Eric Phoon Sing Zih.I am 18 years old.I have a happy family and in my family there is my father,mother,brother and sister.I live in Taman Puteri Wangsa.Because of that,my school is very near to my house,I will walk to school by own if there is no transport.In class,I have always yearned to study the English subject because I really love English so much.Because of that,I always got good results in English.Another reason that I love to go to school because I have many best friends around me.When I am free,I like so shop with my family and play balls with my friends.I am very proud because I can a wonderful family and many best friends.
